Description:
This Automatic Label Counting Machine is widely used to count and rewind several types of material from roll to roll, such as plastic film (PVC, PC ,PET, PE, PP), papers, label stickers, heat transfer labels, nonwoven fabrics and aluminum foil etc.
Features:
1, Several size of mechanical shafts and air shafts can be mounted on this rewinder
2, Shaft diameter arrange from 1" (25mm), 1.2" (30mm), 1.5" (38mm), 2" (50mm), 3" (76 mm) to 6" (150mm).
3, Tension controller equipped to make winding nice and smooth.
4, Meter counter and quantity counter can be installed on the machine
5, Heavyduty structure with rust-resistant paint
6, With stable motor and electric components, the machine features long time serivce life and less maintenance required
7, Shaft diameter and height can be customized according to label roll width and paper core diameter.
