Description:
Automatic 4-shaft turret rewinding machine is equipped with automatic paper tube feeder. The machine features automatic core gluing, label rewinding, counting, sealing and finished label delivery in just one pass. This non-stop rewinding equipment is capable to connect with label die cutting machine, label slitting machine, label printing machine and other equipment etc. The rewinding machine comes with different sized rewinding shafts like 25mm, 40mm and 76mm which can be interchanged easily to fit different job and increase the efficiency.
Features:
1, One automatic paper tube feeder.
2, Conveyor belt to feed the paper tube
3, 12pcs (4* 40mm, 4*25mm, 4* 76mm) rewinding air shafts.
4, 2 hot melt gluing system, one for paper core gluing which is used to stick the paper core with label and another for gluing on material surface to seal the material.
5, Automatic cutting device comes with pneumatic cylinders to lift up/down the cutting knife.
6, Automatic finished roll pushing device.
7, Brush pressing device for finishing roll.
8, 3 sensors to detect the paper core.
9, Plc and touch screen to control the machine operation.
