The jaw crusher machine consists of two jaw plates, the dynamic jaw and static jaw.The working part of the jaw crusher is two jaw plates, one is the fixed jaw plate (stationary jaw), the other is the mobile jaw plate (dynamic jaw), the position is inclined, with the fixed jaw plate forms the upper big lower small crushing cavity (working chamber).The movable jaw plate moves periodically to the stationary jaw plate, sometimes apart, sometimes close.When separated, the material enters the crushing chamber and the finished product is discharged from the lower part.When close, the material between two jaw plates is compressed, bent and split.Widely used in mine smelting, building materials, roads, railways, water conservancy and chemical industries and other industries of various ore and bulk material crushing.The maximum compressive strength of the crushed material is 320Mpa.

Working principle
When the jaw crusher is working, the movable jaws make periodic reciprocating motions to the fixed jaws, sometimes approaching and sometimes leaving. When approaching, the material is crushed, split, and impacted between the jaws; when it is removed, the broken material is discharged from the discharge opening by gravity. In the process of breaking large stones into small stones, the first crusher is usually a main crusher. The longest and most solid crusher is a jaw crusher. When feeding the jaw crusher, the material is poured from the top inlet into the crushing chamber containing the rake teeth, and the rake teeth force the material against the wall of the chamber and break it into smaller stones. An eccentric shaft is supported for the movement of the caries, and the eccentric shaft penetrates the frame of the fuselage. Eccentric motion is usually generated by flywheels fixed at both ends of the shaft. Flywheels and eccentrically supported bearings often use spherical roller bearings, which must withstand large shock loads, abrasive sewage, and high temperatures.

Main frame
The frame is a square frame with upper and lower openings, which is used to support the eccentric shaft and bear the reaction force of crushing materials, which requires sufficient strength and rigidity.Whether it is a large jaw crusher or a small jaw crusher, our factory uses cast steel as a whole.
Shaft
The eccentric shaft is the main shaft of the crusher, which is subjected to huge bending and torsional forces and is made of high carbon steel. The eccentric part must be finished, heat treated, and the bearing bushes are cast with Babbitt alloy. The eccentric shaft is equipped with a pulley at one end and a flywheel at the other end.
Jaw plate
The fixed jaw plate and movable jaw plate are composed of a jaw bed and a jaw plate. The jaw plate is the working part and is fixed on the jaw bed with bolts and wedges. To have sufficient strength and rigidity to withstand the crushing reaction force, we also use high strength Cast steel.
