Due to the concepts of simplicity, light weight and compactness have been deeply embedded in the design of rotating equipment, the total weight of the thin section ball bearings have been reduced to meet customer's requirements. The thin section radial contact ball bearings are single-row radial ball bearings of conventional design, the load direction of which is mainly from the radial. The inner ring and outer ring of the thin section bearings will have a special displacement, so that the number of balls to be loaded is only half of the full complement of balls. Though the radial contact bearings are mainly used to bear radial loads, they can also bear limited one-way thrust loads from a certain direction, and are generally used together with another bearing. However, if the axial load is an important concern, we would recommend you to take angular contact ball bearings, those would be more suitable.
