Products Description
DK-20 power supply series modular surge protective device(SPD) is designed according to IEC61643 standard. It is accordance with the criterion of Low-voltage Surge Protective Devices-Part 1: Surge Protective Devices Performance Requirements and Test Method of Low-voltage Power Distribution System. With good sealing, it is designed as module and 35mm DIN-Rail Mounting. With working indication window, temperature control circuit breaker and built-in over-current protective circuit, the modular SPD can release automatically to avoid fire danger when it breaks down. With remote alarm connector, it is convenient for remote monitoring. The main module and the base are replaceable. The lightning protection modes is L-PE, N-PE (2P/4P) or L-N-PE (1+1) / (3+1).

Application Scope
It can be installed in the low voltage power distribution cabinet/box of buildings, to protect all kinds of power equipment in the single (three) phase power distribution system between LPZ1 and LPZ2. Such as:
1) Low voltage general electricity cabinet and or distribution board of buildings.
2) Outdoor electricity cabinet/distribution box.
3) Applicable power supply system: TT, TN, IT.

Installation and Caution
1) DK-20 modular surge protective device(SPD) can be installed in any place of the single phase AC power line, and mostly be installed in power distribution boxes, power switches and sockets. It shall be connected with the power line in parallel, and shall adopt Kevin Connection, so as to lower the residual voltage.
3) The cross-section of the grounding conductor connected with the module SPD indicating alarm shall be at least 16mm2, and the lead wire of the grounding conductor shall be shorter than 1m, and the shorter the better.
2) Strip away the surface rubber of input and output terminal, and expose the copper core. Insert the copper core into the hole of the SPD, and make it firm with a screwdriver.
3) The cross-section of the grounding conductor connected with the module SPD indicating alarm shall be at least 16mm2, and the lead wire of the grounding conductor shall be shorter than 1m, and the shorter the better.
