Products Description
According to related provisions of GB50057 and GB50343 standards, the return circuit of surge protective device(short for SPD) must be in series with the over voltage to protect the electrical appliance. Due to performance mismatching of fuse and SPD, when SPD fails(open circuit or short circuit), the equipment was damaged by lightning or causes a fire accident. Special circuit breaker(short for SCB) is designed for SPD, it doesn’t break in the impact of large lighting current. After SPD fails, power current flows and quickly breaks,which can effectively eliminate the hidden danger caused by SPD failure.
Working Environment
1）Temperature: -40℃ to 85℃
2）Relative Humidity: ≤95%
3）Altitude Height: ≤2000m
4）The magnetic field intensity in all directions of SPD installation site shall not exceed 5 times of the geomagnetic field intensity.
Installation Instruction
1)Installation should be operated by professional staffs, NO Hot-line Work.
2)This product must be matched with SPD, and can’t be used alone.
3)This product must be installed distribution box, distribution cabinet or inner the box.
4)After installation, disconnect and connect this product 3 times, make sure it works normally, and no clamping stagnation phenomenon.
5)Installation din rail: EN60715(35mm).
6)Input and output copper wires should be accordance with the requirement inputting wire diameter of SPD. It is appropriate to use strand copper conductors(sectional area ≥6mm2 ) for connecting, and the copper conductors should be as short, straight and soigne as possible. When connection the wires for installation, NO Swirling.
7)Product dimension is as picture 1, wiring diagram is as picture 2.
Application Scope
1)DK-T1 SCB is suitable for the SPD between LPZ0 and LPZ1.
2)DK-T2 SCB is suitable for the SPD between LPZ1 and LPZ2.
3)DK-T3 SCB is suitable for the SPD of subsequent protection zone boundary.
