1. Introduction of the coal rod extruder machine:

coal rod extruder machine, which also called briquettes extruding machine or charcoal extruder machine, use the application of the principle of the spiral extrusion , which make it become a certain intensity round or hexagon, triangle, ect charcoal/coal rods by working for the powered coal/charcoal mixed with binder. 2. Working principle of the coal rod extruder machine:

Our coal rod extruder machine feed the ratio and retting coal powder mixture into a nitrogentreated barrel by the extrusion of principle , which will compress into section for round, hexagon form or other shape.The final coal/charcoal rods have a certain mechanical strength by formed in this equipments.

3. Final briquettes shape and size:

We can use the carbon black, charcoal, coal, coke, iron powder, mill scale, burnt lime, aluminum dross, iron ore fines, sodium carbonate, flue dust, manganese ore fines. And to make the briquette with square, round, hexagon, octagon with a hole in the center, and other shapes can be cuntomized.

4. The automatic cutter in our briquette machinery, and this can make the same length briquette.

5. Product line for the briquette machinery:

(1). Crusher: 

This can crush the coal, charcoal etc material with large size to small size below 5mm;

(2). Mixer:

This mixer machine can mix the crushed powder with the binder, water together. The moisture need controlled between 25%-30%.

(3). Coal briquette machine: 

It presses coal powder, charcoal powder, or other powders into different shapes and size.

(4). Dryer:

We have vertical dryer, box dryer and mesh belt dryer. I will suggest suitable dryer according to your raw machine, shape and size.
