Air flow type carbonization stove Application
Make charcoal for bbq or burning
1.What can make charcoal?
the raw materil could be wood log ,wood briquettes ,wood branch, rice husk, peant shells, bamboo, coconut shell,etc .
2.How to make charcaol?
1. Crush the raw material to the sawdust if the raw material size is big;
2. Dry the crushed material to the suitable mositure content if the raw mateiral moisutre content is over 8-12%;
3. Drop the circular stove out of the furnace, and lay it at certain region for inputting briquettes;
4. Open the cover of circular stove (inner pot) , and tilt it for inputting crushed material;
5. When finish the inputting of crushed material , cover the circular stove, and put it into the carbonization furnace, then lay some fine sand along the circular stove for insulation;
6. Open the three outlet flue, and cover the furnace, along the roof of which lay some fine ;

Main spare parts
Outer stove
Heating room for heating the stove and furnace body heat-keeping layer made of the heat insulating material, used for keep the temperature of inner space.
Inner stove
Consist of the stove tank body and the sealed top cap.Both of them are made of the heat resistance thermal steel,and the three carbonization baskets can be stack together, easy for loading and transporting ,and it will save a lot of space and transport charge.

Hoisting equipment
It includes the steel hoisting frame and the E-hoist .And it is easy for loading and unloading the stove, and can reduce labor

Purification tank
When during the process of carbonizing, there will be some smoke( can be burning) the smoke can return to the furnace through tube for purifying, after purification , the combustible smoking can be flow into the heating room of the outer stove for heating the stove again; This system is consisting of purification tank and the exhaust heated cycle pipe. And smoking purification tank are used for purify the smoking (can not burning)and filter the wood tar. The smoking through the purification tank will become water vapor, and it will not pollute the air.
