Carbonization Furnace For Sawdust Briquette Bamboo Charcoal Carbonization Oven
Spontaneous combustion type carbonization furnace makes use of the principle of destructive distillation carbonization, the wood in the carbonization furnace can produce combustible gas, tar and carbon after anoxic thermal decomposition. Adopt movable steel plate structure, the top of the exhaust pipe of the furnace will be with tar separator and draft fan, unique structure and characteristics, large effective volume, advanced carbonization technology, carbonization cycle short, high yield, good environmental protection, long life and other advantages.
Three Stages in the Carbonization Process
In the carbonization furnace, the coal balls made by the wood balling machine go through three stages: low temperature and exhaust temperature, high temperature calcination and cooling.
1.In the first stage, when the coal ball is sent into the furnace, its water content is about 8%.So it takes a couple of hours to drain the water and keep the charcoal high quality.When the temperature reaches 300℃, a large amount of combustible gas will be produced in the furnace for heating.
2.At this stage, the furnace needs to be sealed and maintained in an anaerobic atmosphere.
3.In the final stage, charcoal should be kept in a ventilated place to prevent carbon dioxide poisoning.Normally, charcoal should be kept outside for more than 8 hours to avoid the recurrence of fire.
Working Principle of sawdust briquette carbonization kiln
Carbonization furnace adopts high temperature drying sliding carbonization technology to make charcoal briquette from human molding coal.Equipped with super ploidy high temperature flow cooling system, can accelerate the cooling process, shorten the production cycle.The unique structure of gas storage chamber is adopted to make full use of the flue gas generated during carbonization.60% of the redundant smoke can be used for drying and carbonization, saving a lot of fuel and increasing the income of the enterprise.
