Wood sawsudt  briquette machine is made of biomass, rice husk, sawdust, cotton stalk, wood powder, bamboo powder, etc. And the raw material moisture should be within 8-12%;and the he size should be within 5mm.

Raw material coulde be  some agro-forestry wastes and biomass wastes, such as sawdust, crop straw, wood branches, rice hull, bamboo sawdust, peanut shell, coconut shell, sunflower shell, furfural dregs, cotton stalks, corn stalks, sesame straw, corncob and so on. The raw materials diameter should be below 3-5mm, and the moisture should be 8%-12%. 

Propeller: advanced design, high speed production rod, high density, high wear resistance, a welding time can work continuously for more than 60 hours.

Forming tube can eventually be made into wood blocks of different shapes.Special cast steel, inner barrel boron ,treatment, continuous use for more than 5 months.

Heating rings:We used three heating rings, made of thick copper wire, with ceramic inside.

Using our briquette machine, you should first do these steps:

1.After switching on the power, preheat the model coal to the specified temperature (mainly according to your raw materials);

2.When the temperature reaches the specified temperature, the material is then fed into the feeding port;

3.By working with propellers and heating rings and molding tubes, you will get the briquette you need.
But the briquette is hot, so you should wear gloves.

Crusher : If you raw material is larger than 3-5mm, you can use pur hammer mill crusher to make it become 3-5mm size sawdsut.The raw material coulde be rice hsuk , peant shells , wood log ,tree banch . We have different types crusher can support you accroding to you raw material .

Dryer : If you raw amterial moisture is higher than8-12%, you can use our dryer to make the raw mateiral become 8-12%.We  have different types dryer can support you accroding to you raw material .

Carbonization furnace (oven) : It can work continuous 24 hours ,  Carbonization furnace include three inner stove, when one inner stove are finished, it can be hoisted outside. And when the first inner stove are cooling , the other inner stove can be carbonized at the same time, in this way the cooling time can be reduced much, thus, the productive efficiency increase a lot.

For one set we packed in  standard container.For more sets machines, we pack them in the standard container.
