The product has high static load and exciting force, suitable for compaction of pebbles, sandy soil, hail, blasting rock and
viscous soil. It is also suitable for concrete and stable soil in various large projects.
The compaction of the base material can reach a maximum depth of 1.0m or more; it is an important compacting equipment for large-scale construction of highways, railways, mines and ports.
Performance characteristics
1. It adopts Shangchai H series, water-cooled, four-cylinder four-stroke, direct-injection turbocharged, air-cooled low-speed
diesel engine with large power reserve, energy saving and noise reduction.
The engine manufacturer directly provides the transfer case to directly drive the hydraulic pump, which changes the structure of the vibration and steering double pump that was previously connected to the transmission gearbox at the rear of the engine, which saves the mechanical transmission parts and reduces the possibility of failure of the transmission chain. Engine emissions meet China's Phase II standards.
2. It adopts a toothed gearbox with shifting synchronizer, which is light and easy to operate;
3. The main clutch adopts heavy-duty special clutch, which is dry and often combined with single-chip friction type, with reliable performance and good maintainability. The clutch is directly mounted on the engine flywheel, and the operating mechanism of the main clutch is a gas assist mechanism, which greatly reduces the operating force.
4. Double frequency and double amplitude to meet different working conditions; hydraulic vibration system consists of gear pump and motor to form an open system; the control mode is electronically controlled. Ensure the requirements of vibration parameters and the reliability of the vibration system.
5. Optimized vibration wheel structure and vibration parameters, compacted surface and higher compaction efficiency.
6. Fully hydraulic articulated steering system makes steering operation light and flexible. The cross hinge method ensures
