Kintex ?- 7fpgas has 3, 2, 1, 1L and 2L speed levels, -3 has the highest performance- 2L equipment has a lower maximum static power, and can work under a lower core voltage and a lower dynamic power- 2L Industrial (I) temperature device only works at vccint=0.95v- 2L extended (E) temperature device can work at vccint=0.9v or 1.0V. The -2le equipment operating at vccint=1.0v and -2li equipment operating at vccint=0.95v have the same speed specification as the -2 speed class, unless otherwise specified. When the -2le equipment operates at vccint=0.9v, the speed specification, static power and dynamic power are reduced- The 1L military (m) temperature device has the same speed specification as the -1 military temperature device, and shields the lower maximum static power.

The DC and AC characteristics of the kinex-7fpga are suitable for commercial, extended, industrial, extended (-1q) and military (-1m) temperature ranges. Except for the operating temperature range or otherwise specified, all DC and AC electrical parameters for a specific speed class are the same (i.e., the timing characteristics of -1 speed class military temperature devices are the same as those of -1 speed class commercial temperature devices).
