The high temperature flue gas generated through the heat storage burner on the other side of the heat transfer to the heat storage body, the flue gas temperature falls below 200 ℃, from the induced draft fan discharged from the plant.

First of all, the regenerative combustion technology can not only overcome the shortcomings of conventional aluminum melting furnace, so that the furnace temperature is more uniform; Secondly, as the theoretical combustion temperature of fuel has been greatly increased, the range of fuel selection is wider, especially the low calorific value fuel below 800×4.18kJ/m3, such as blast furnace gas or other low calorific value inferior fuel.
