ASTM D971 Completelly Automatic Interfacial Tensiometer IT-800A

IT-800 analyzer, adopting ASTM D971 “platinum ring method”, tests interfacial tension for various liquids (between liquid and air) and also that between mineral oil and water(between liquid and liquid) by means of automatic control of internal
microcomputer under circumstances of nonequilibrium. It only needs you pour the sample into sample cup and then press “start”button. Then the tester will finish the whole test and calculate the tension value automatically according to concrete input parameters. 

1.Large color LCD screen, English prompt, menu operation, fully automatic testing.
2.Automatic temperature compensation within 25℃ eliminates the influence that the temperature imposes on the tension value.
3.Functions of auto correction, auto testing, calculation, results displaying, and storage under power off circumstance.
4.The main body is equipped with hurricane globe, which lessens the influence outer matters impose on testing results.
5.Automatic lift of the lift platform ensures a stable environment and high accuracy.
6.It adopts enclosed magnetic pot type sensor and multi-point calibration of uniform space technology, which improves the repeatability and reproducibility of the results.
7.It can work independently and can also realize network management via connection with laptops or microcomputers through USB interface.
8.Tester program can be updated accordingly if related national standard revised.
