Movable multifunction 6000 lh mineral transformer oil purifier ZYD-I-W

To handle electrical stresses, transformer oils are required to have better dielectric strength. Lower residual water, gas and contamination content must be maintained to reduce the speed of oil ageing. Some times the color can be quite dark, so decoloring is necessary for users. All of these operations are performed using the ZYD-I Series transformer oil regeneration equipment. Vacuum dehydration, degreasing, solid particle filters and regeneration processing are function of ZYD-I transformer insulating oil regeneration equipment. 

ZYD-I-W is fully enclosed type vacuum old transformer oil purifier, equipped with weather proof, dust and water resistant enclosure. It completely purify and regenerate insulating oils in energized or de-energized transformers on site. It is a high efficiency multi-function purification machine designed for filtering, heating, drying, reclamation and degassing of contaminated insulating oil used in transformers, mutual inductors, circuit breakers and switches. Besides regular oil purification including degassing, drying and particulate removal, it also removes acid, sludge, other soluble oil decay products and improve dielectric strength as well as the oil color.

This ZYD-I-W plant is for degassing and drying oil and treating oil for acid reduction and decoloration. This plant can be used to improve oil quality and thereby extend the life of transformers. It can be permanently connected to Transformers, gearboxes etc. to maintain on-going oil quality, or used to treat oil when required.
