Introduction:
The ZYB 30lpm mobile insulating oil treatment machine on transformator is able to increase and maintain the oil's dielectric strength and includes the removal of free and soluble water, free and dissolved air and gases and other particulate matter.  The standard ZYB system is designed for processing oils in workshops, in storage tanks or directly in transformers .

This transformer oil regeneration plant with contamination can be removed returning the insulating oil to it's original specifications. The system incorporates high vacuum to dehydration, degasification and filter contaminated oil. Remove impurities and restores / improves the chemical and physical properties of oils. During the process,the machine can remove gas, particulate, and significant amounts of free water contamination.

Contaminants in transformer oil:
  1.Solid particles like rust scales, dust and fibres
  2.Generation of carbon particles due to ageing of switchgear
  3.Oil absorbs moisture resulting in free and dissolved water

  4.Absorption of air
  5.Aging fluids produce absorbed gases, causing equipment failure and arc suppression in switchgear
  6.Sludge formation
  7.Increase in acidity level
  8.Chemical products are caused by oxidation, as well as cross contamination of other products.

Through the vacuum dehydrator, degasification, filtration processes, the dissolved gases and moisture, solid particulate, free carbon,acid contamination can be completely removed,thus improve the oil dielectric strength,oil color,and oil quality as well.
