Product Description
Application
ZYD-I double stage vacuum transformer oil recycling plant completely purify and regenerate insulating oils in energized or de-energized transformers on site. It is a high efficiency multi-function purification machine designed for filtering, heating, drying, reclamation and degassing of contaminated insulating oil used in transformers, mutual inductors, circuit breakers and switches. Besides regular oil purification including degassing, drying and particulate removal, it also removes acid, sludge, other soluble oil decay products and improve dielectric strength as well as the oil color.
The unit is designed to carry out the operations of filtration, dehydration, absorption of dissolved gases, regeneration in a transformer for energized and non- energized transformers either for their filling up with oil or for their Periodic maintenance. This oil treatment plant is being capable to re- improve the power transformer oil characteristics up to the recommended value IEC- 156 standard.Features
1. For special application, the operation can be controlled by P.L.C (optional).
2. Unique vacuum dehydration, degassification and regeneration system, adopt stereo-evaporation technology. Duplex 3D stereo-evaporation, eliminating the liquid water quickly.
3. UK g technology by which the trace water that is show chain, such as dissolved water, can be removed effectively.
4. Advanced infrared liquid-level automatic control system to accomplish fully automatic control.
5. Can be applied for vacuum oiling and drying power transmission equipment.
6. Special additives for depolarization can recover oil color of aged transformer oil to new.

This ZYD-I mobile plant is for degassing and drying oil and treating oil for acid reduction and decoloration. This plant can be used to improve oil quality and thereby extend the life of transformers. It can be permanently connected to Transformers, gearboxes etc. to maintain on-going oil quality, or used to treat oil when required.
