Cassava starch sweet potato starch and potato starch separeting machine and refining machine for cassava processing plant

These flour separating and refining machines are mainly promoted by Henan Doing for separating starch from cassava starch pulp, potato starch pulp and sweet potato starch pulp. They are centrifuge sieve, fine fiber sieve disc separator and hydrocyclone.

Centrifugal sieve is mainly used to screen the starch pulp after crushing so as to separate the starch. Widely used in cassava starch, sweet potato starch, potato starch screening treatment.

Fine fiber sieve

The fine fiber sieve is a kind of machine which uses the gravity and low centrifugal force of the slurry itself to separate the slurry through the sieve, which is mainly used to remove the fine fiber in the coarse starch slurry.

Disc separator

Disc separator is one of kind of settling centrifuge, which use centrifugal force to accelerate separating process. It is widely used in processing of starch to separate protein and cell liquid out of slurry. It also can be used for enrichment and purification of starch slurry.

Hydrocyclone

The hydrocyclone station can be used to remove the fine fibers, protein and cell fluid in starch milk, which can be used to concentrate and purify starch milk. The general process of full hydrocyclone includes three parts: concentration, recovery and refining.
