3.1 air path design

The liquid organic solvent gas distribution system is a gas distribution system which can simultaneously prepare four kinds of liquid organic solvents at room temperature.The air source is nitrogen, which is connected with the nitrogen inlet of the instrument after passing the pressure reducing valve.There are four branches into the instrument, the fourth is carrier gas of the diluent gas, and the first is diluent gas.

The four liquid organic solvents are placed in a transparent container, and the liquid level indicator can be observed.Set up the organic solvent injection port, when the solvent is insufficient, you can directly open the organic solvent injection port can be directly added.

Each liquid organic solvent is automatically injected into each gasification chamber by servomotor for heating and gasification. Each circuit is controlled by a limited current hole with less diluent gas as carrier gas to take out the gasified organic gas. Finally, it is mixed with the diluent gas to prepare the desired concentration of standard gas.

3.2 design of system mixing chamber

Before the liquid organic solvent mixture enters the mixing chamber, its concentration is not uniform.There are two air distribution plates in the mixing chamber, one is a single hole air distribution plate, the other is a porous air distribution plate.The standard gas of organic solvent enters by the hole of the single-hole air distribution plate, and the gas entering collides with the porous air distribution plate, and achieves the mixing effect with the standard gas prepared.
