INTRODUCTION                                                                  

Shell coated NTC temperature sensor connects high-precision and high-reliability NTC thermistors with various types of wires such as PVC or TEFLON. It is packaged in various material housings with insulating, heat-conductive and waterproof materials to form the desired shape, which is convenient for installation and remote temperature measurement and control. It is suitable for temperature measurement and control of surface mounted products.

Various specifications of shell, material, lead wire, connector and etc can be provided according to customer's requirements.

Lead Wire：UL2651 26AWG, other wire gauges are optional.

Shell of Sensor：nickel plated copper 6*10*23mm, other materials of sheels such as stainless-steel, brass, aluminum, nylon, ABS are available;

                           Length and diameter are optional, suitable for different types of product requirements.

                           Special shells, can be customized.

Wire Gauge and Length：Customized

Connector：Customized

Encapsulation：Can be packaged according to customer requirements, and can be assembled on the wire with tube or heat-shrink tube, size and length can be customized according to customer requirements.
