Equipment Name: Electrostatic Spraying (DISC)
Equipment introduction: The coating machine can generate high-voltage static electricity, forcing the adsorption of the charged coating onto the workpiece of the electrical conductor, which greatly improves the utilization of the coating. The suspended workpiece runs along the “Ω” shaped orbit around the coating machine, and at the same time rotates through the gear plate to realize the rotation of the hanging workpiece. The high-speed rotating disk reciprocates up and down, so that the paint is efficiently and evenly applied to the product.
Application areas: hardware, water pump housing, motor housing, auto parts, etc.
