    Automatic sampler is a professional gas chromatography automatic sampling device which has a big size LCD screen, touching operation and the running condition of sample injector can be directly observed on the LCD screen. The embedded operating system makes the operation security and stability, the precise imports and stepper motor drives can ensure the sample analysis is stable , precise and efficient. The compatibility is seamless with various gases and liquid chromatographs both in domestic and foreign. The automatic control makes the whole process from sampling to collect data quite easy; Compared to the traditional manual sampling mode, our instrument is an auxiliary tool for scientific research, because it effectively avoid the man-made error of time, the inaccuracy of sample quantity.

Theory

    The system has a high precision stepper motor that has amount of steps such as sampling, sampling injection, bubble, cleaning and so on, which makes the whole process of sample analysis come true.

100 vials of a sample plate, which can be up to 100 vials of sampling operation and can control the sample volume, the number of repeat and record the database or in the method library by programmed. There’s no doubt can greatly saves the intensity of labor.

    As we know, the veracity and repeatability of automatic sampler sampling are the most important indicators of sampler. So we choose to use the import stepper motor to improve the accuracy and repeatability by software correction accumulated error ways.
