Brief introduction 

ZR-6000 aerosol photometer is designed according to Mie scattering theory. It can be used to detect leakage of highly efficient filters. The device can realize the detection of aerosol upstream and downstream. It can be applied to the clean room, laminar flow, biological safety cabinet, HEPA system, HVAC system, HEPA filter, vacuum filter, and the filter.
