This machine is used for peeling soybeans, black beans, broad bean, pea.

 steel, the rest are made of coal rolling steel sheet or A3 steel .

Work principle of soybean dehulling machine

Installation of soybean dehulling machine 

(1) Dismounting the hopper,iron plate and the base;

(2) Set up the die; 

(3)Take apart the side plate of three covers; 

(4) Make a mark on the upper die and then turn the down die and see whether they are parallel; if there is a large fluctuation, mat a sheet iron between the down die and the base to make the dies parallel in the main; 

(5) Pay attention to whether the interval of the upper and down dies is the same; if not, adjust the four 10mm' screws on the upper cover plate;

Up the down die and make it next to the upper die, then turn the down die, finally let the upper and down dies rub till the clearance is unanimous.
