Installation and commissioning:

1.    Please install 3 phase 380V power supply, 50HZ. (If different power, please inform us before placing the order.)

2.    When customer opening the package, please check all accessories according to our packing list, if any damage or loss, contact us immediately.

3.    We can supply site commissioning and training abroad for the buyer, but the buyer needs to pay the relevant expense. In this instance, the buyer will pay for:

(1)  Air tickets between China and buyer's destination.

(2)  Food, board & lodging, and local transportation.

(3)  Daily allowance of USD 100/Engineer.

4.    Please appoint the operator and maintenance staff of the machine to assist the machine’s installation and commissioning.

After sale service:

1.    Machine’s quality, specification and performance are in conformity with the stipulate of the contract. On the premise of proper installation, proper use and maintenance, the seller will provide free maintenance for the subject matter for 12 months from the shipment date. (Wearing parts not included.)

2.    During the warranty period, verify if exterior or interior damage caused by customers’ improper operation, self disassembly and refitting, loading or transportation, long time storage etc., not covered in free warranty range, customers must pay for renovation and maintenance.

3.    After warranty period, our company will continue to provide maintenance services for our customer, and charge the parts cost and service according to our company standard. Long-life maintenance.

4.    After successful acceptance, if the buyer does not comply with the contract, the seller has the right to stop the after-sales service.

5.    Before the buyer pays the full payment, the machine is owned by the seller.
