3-Axis Vertical Machining center
1. Our company has developed a high-speed milling machining center utilizing state-of-the-art high-end vertical machining
technology.
2. The overall structure of the high-speed milling center was designed by "L" form wall-type frame, which is the most advanc ed structural design technology with precise rigidity.
3. The machine base, working table, column, and slides are all tempered using high tension cast iron and resin sand technol ogy, which can provide perfect heat treatment to eliminate the remnant stress and ensure the thermal stability of the ma chine.
4. By using the finite element stress analysis and fix enough plate stiffeners to ensure the machine rigidity.
5. Integral casting of columns and beams has enhanced structural stability and density.
6. In addition, the machine's responsiveness and acceleration are remarkable since the X Y Z axis adopts the direct drive of a high dynamic performance servo motor.
7. Three-axis guide ways adopt a high rigidity roller guides, which do not only improve the machine's rigidity, but also provid e more precision capacities.
8. The inertia of the three-axis is relatively smaller, which will cause an increase in dynamic performance.
