polished by resin sand and aging treatment

Base, sliding block, working bench, vertical column , spindle box and other main basic parts adopt HT250 cast iron; 

the basic parts are polished by resin sand and aging treatment, so it ensure machine's long-term stability when working.

The spindle 

The spindle unit of the machine tool is high speed, high accuracy, high rigidity, with large load carrying capacity of axial and radial, and the maximum speed of up to 8000rpm

      Guide rail

The guide rail of X, Z, Y axis are use Taiwan HIWIN company's heavy load linear ball guide, has the advantages of fast speed, Eliminate intermittent creep, high rigidity, low friction, low noise , low temperature rise and so on. Using automatic forced lubrication, it can improve the accuracy of machine tools.

The feed of X, Y, Z direction adopts the inner loop preloading large-lead ballscrew with double nut so it is of high feed speed. The drive motor connect with screw straightly via elastic coupling. The feed servo motor passes power to the high precision ball screw directly . It is no gap, and it ensures the accuracy of positioning and synchronization for the lathe
