Fermentation System:

2.Thermal insulation material: Polyurethane (PU) foam,Insulation thickness: 80MM.

3.Design pressure :3bar, Working pressure: 1.5bar

4.Bottom design: 60degree cone for easy to exist yeast. Polishing coefficient: 0.4μm  

5.Cooling method: Dimple cooling jacket or screw type belt

Fermenters have two ways to cool down:
1.Dimple cooling jacket (cone and cylinder two zone cooling)
2.Screw type belt
Most of the fermenters you use almost adopt the dimple cooling jacket method, cause it can meet the needs of rapid cooling of the fermenter.
