Features And Advantages

☆This product is cationized amino and polyether modified multi-copolymer block silicone oil emulsion, especially suitable for processing all kinds of chemical fiber, cotton, wool and blended fabric, does not affect the fabric itself hydrophilic; no yellowing, suitable for bleaching or light-colored fabric;

☆This product is particularly suitable for processing cotton or polyester-cotton fabric, can achieve instantaneous hydrophilic effect, hand feeling general;

☆This product can be used as antistatic agent for chemical fiber fabric; cationic strong, and anion may occur coagulation, application before the need to do the application test, or add the company's specialty products anion and cation anti-coagulation agent;

☆high temperature resistance, suitable for a variety of processing technology, will not bring sticky roller, high suction rate; without APEO.

Usage

☆This product is 50% solid content of high concentration emulsion, can be used directly, or better using after thinning,using after diluting at the recommended ratio1: 2.5 (20% solids) or 1 :5 (10% solids) , and adjust the PH value of acetic acid to 6-6.5; The speed should not be too fast, otherwise the bubble more;

☆ After thinning, you can use exhausting method and continuous padding mothod:

Exhausting method: the dosage (20% solids) 1-4% (owf), temperature 30-40 ℃, 15-30min, bath ratio 1: 20-40;

Padding method: the dosage (20% solids) 10-40g / l, 120 ℃pre-bake, 150-180℃stereotypes baking;

Packaging and storage

50kg or 120kg plastic drums. Should be stored in a cool ventilated warehouse, to prevent exposure, storage period for half a year.
