HYDROPHILIC SILICONE EMULSION DL3112
Physical and chemical property:
Appearance: Clear to yellowish Liquid
Ionic properties: Cationic
Active content: 40± 1%
Product characteristics：
1.Impart surface smooth, inner soft and elasticity
2.Super yellowing-resistant, shearing resistant and warm water washing
3.Processing PH range from 1-12, high temperature 90℃-100℃ resistant
4.Improve sewing ability, especially suitable for cotton knitting fabric like terry towel
5.Highly resistant to electrolytes, suitable for resin finishing
6.Suitable for dyeing vat and jet machine processing
Usage Method：
Exhausting: 1%-3% (O.W.F), 20 minutes
Adjust dosage according to different fabric and requirements
Package And Storage：
200kgs per plastic drum, store in a cool and ventilated warehouse, avoid sun
exposure, 6 months of storage expiry
