☆This product is cationized amino and polyether modified multi-copolymer block silicone oil emulsion, especially suitable for processing all kinds of chemical fiber, cotton, wool and blended fabric, does not affect the fabric itself hydrophilic; no yellowing, suitable for bleaching or light-colored fabric;

☆I(lǐng)tis particularly suitable for processing cotton and polyester-cotton fabric, can achieve instantaneous hydrophilic effect, but also has a certain soft, smooth hand feel;

☆I(lǐng)t can be used as antistatic agent for chemical fiber fabric; cationic strong, it with anion may occur coagulation, please make a trial or test a sample before application, or add our company's specialty products anion and cation anti-coagulation agent;.

☆This product is 50% solid content of high concentration emulsion, can be used directly, or better using after thinning, the recommended use ratio can be diluted 1: 2.5 (20% solids) or 1 : 5 (10% solids) ,  do not need to adjust the pH value, the appearance of colorless transparent liquid;

☆A(yù)fter thinning, you can use exhausting method and continuous padding method,

Exhausting method: the dosage (20% solids) 0.6-2% (owf), temperature 30-40 ℃, 15-30min, bath ratio 1: 20-40;

Padding method: the dosage (20% solids) 6-20g / l, 120 ℃pre-bake, 150-180℃stereotypes baking;

Packaging and storage

50kg or 120kg plastic drums. Should be stored in a cool ventilated warehouse, to prevent exposure, storage period for half a year.
