With thisproduction line you can extrude high quality large diameter water and gassupply pipes .This pipes produced by our line have excellent stiffness andflexibility ,resistance to creep deformation ,excellent heat-linkage .Largedismeter HDPE pipes start to play very important role in the city water and gassupply systems.

The productionline consists of control system ,extruder,mould,calibration unit,haul-off unit,planetary cutter and stacker.

This line isassembled lattice or spiral mould, new type calibration unit and sprayingcooling bath. Advanced PLC control system and large chromatic liquid-crystalscreen make the operation more convenient ,having a friendly human-machineinterface.

I. SJ-120/30 Single-screw extruder

• 1.Driving motor power: 75KW.
• 2.Heating loop: Cast Aluminum full-close type infraredheating,heating power: 30KW.
• 3.Cooling: low-noise cooling fan, power:250Wx5 sets.

II. Machine Head: 1set (users offer pipe wallthickness)

• 1.Head material:hard chromeplating,tempering processing
• 2.Heating loop :stainless steel heating ring.

III.Vacuum sizingcooling spray box:
