Model Y236B Machine is designed for cutting Straight Bevel Gears with the diameter up to 600mm and module to 10mm. It is suitable for the mass production, and for the jobbing and batch productions as well.

Description:

1) The machine employs two standard reciprocating side cutting tools for finishing cut with generating method and roughing cut with in-feed method.
2) It is a semi-automatic machine with easy operation and enough rigidity. The machine accuracy and the service life can be kept for a long-term.
3) The rigid work spindle with a larger taper hole widens the application ranges and the arbor sleeves are available for both Metric and Morse taper arbors.
