Production Description

Haina develops the latest ceramic cyclone. High-quality ceramic materials, machinery processing are chosen to fire the cylone through professional pusher kiln sintering. Ceramic cyclone is mainly composed of: center exhaust pipe, cyclone baffle and cyclone separation cones, etc.

Segmented parts of cyclone include center exhaust pipe, inlet cyclone muff and segmented taper cylinder. The height of center exhaust pipe is higher than intake horizon. There are bell-mouth joints at the top of pipe. Whole structure of ceramic cyclone dust removal pipe can avoid air-leakage, matte joint surface between joints and joints. The cyclone separation efficiency can be promised. Ringelman blackness indicator can be improved greatly.

Principle

Most of swirling flue gas twists along cylinder from the up to the bottom of cone and form downward external rotation dust flue gas. Under the high speed swirling, the generated centrifugal force flings the dust particles towards cylinder wall, of which density is much larger than that of flue gas. Once dust particles?touch with cylinder wall, particles will lose inertia force and drop along cylinder wall into ash hopper because of inlet speed momentum and self-weight. After swirling downward gas reaches to the bottom of cone, gas swirls up along the center of dust collector and forms internal circulating updraft. These updraft exhausts via exhaust pipe of dust collector. Other flue gas flowing from air intake will flow towards the top of cyclone dust collector and then flow down along the lateral place of exhaust pipe. When gas reaches to the bottom of exhaust pipe, it will exhaust with swirling updraft from exhaust pipe, the containing dust particles will discharge as well.

Wear Resistance

Compared with manual processing, the cyclone after vacuum extrusion have greater compactness and even wall thickness; thus greatly improve wear resistance of the cyclone. The wear resistance of ceramic is much better than that of cast iron cyclone. Its service life is about 15 to 20 years. Its characteristics make the segmented parts of cyclone as a whole and no air-leakage any more. So that it overcomes the shortage of air-leakage and low efficiency, which is caused by segmented architecture. It is easier to connect with the bottom of dust hopper if horn skirt support and cone embedded structure are applied at the bottom of cyclone pipe.
