Thomas high temperature resistant adhesive for filters

Outline

It is a   two-component modified epoxy adhesive. The surface of the firm bonding is   smooth and bright. The adhesive cures at room temperature or  after   heating.

Applications

It is applied to   the bonding of plastics, composite fibers and metals which are used in   filters or its relevant fields.  

Features

Part A is sticky   liquid with various colors. B is colorless liquid.

Curing time: the   tack-free time is 3 hours, and it reaches its maximum strength 24 hours   later.  

Being weather and   heat-resistant, it adapts to a wide range of temperature and bonds well under   high temperature.

Mix the two   components in a certain proportion, apply it to the surface of the substrates   acquiring no strict treatment, which makes it so convenient to use.

You’ll get long   term durability and resistance to moisture, chemicals, oils, and temperature   extremes.

Shelf time is one   and half a year at room temperature.

The main   technical parameters are as follows:

Heat resistance   scope：- 50°C—380°C  hardness: shore   D 68   cure shrinkage: 1.5   water absorption   rate:24 h＜0.08% 

Tensile   strength≥25MPa ;     Shearing strength≥20   Mpa      at 280°C,   tensile strength:3-4.0MPa

Instruction

1. Clean the   surface of the material, make sure they have no dust or oil on them, wait   until they are dry.

2. Mix A and B at   a proportion of 10:1.2,mix them well.

3. Vacuumize the   mixture if possible or lay it aside for 10 minutes, pour the mixture into the   gap. Wait until it sets.

Notes

1. temperature   influences the curing time, the higher the temperature is, the faster the   curing time will be.

2. Use another   can or container in which to blend A with B. The tools used to get A and B   should be different.

3 A and B should be   mixed well.

4 It is necessary   to keep it well ventilated and away from fire.

5 If it has   contact with skin, you should wash thoroughly with soap and water.

6 It can be   stored at well-ventilated places with low temperature, and keep them away   from fire.

7 Cover the lip   after using it.
