Notes for Use of Motor Spindle:?

1,Before using the water-cooled motor spindle, it must be ensured that the cooling system is working properly and working without cooling condition is strictly forbidden. Cooling water calculate by 1 liter per kilowatt minute. The minimum flow rate of cooling water is not less than 5 liters per minute. The cooling water pipe and the water nozzle connection must be reliable to prevent leakage.
2,In the process of saving and transporting motor spindles, the high speed grease in the bearings could be changed. So before using, the spindles should run in low speed for a period time at first. Running must start from the minimum speed of the spindle and add speed to differential growth by 3000rpm after 30 minutes. Each level is run in 20 minutes. If just start using in high speed without running, abnormal noise and heat would happen then the using life will be shortened. In the long-term use of the electric spindle, it should be working(in low speed) at least 15 to 30 minutes within one week.
3,When stored clamping tool on electric spindle, the collet , nut and tapered bore must be cleaned to ensure accuracy. The hilt is inserted into the collet must be greater than 15 mm.

4,Motor spindle should be compatible with frequency converter. The specification and parameter setup of ?frequency converter should match the rated parameters of spindle. If not, spindle would burn out.
