Double Drum Dryer

Double-drum dryer is a direct type rotary dryer machine which is mainly composed of internal cylinder, external cylinder, carrier roller, tyre supporting device, transmission device, feeding and air intake and discharging and air outlet sealing device.

Double-drum dryer is mainly used for drying granulous materials with a certain humidity and granularity such as yellow sand used in dry-mixed mortar industry, various casting sand used in casting industry, blast furnace slag and small-sized clay used in building material and cement industry as well as small-sized materials that do not have chemical changes and that fear no high temperature or smoke used in chemistry. According to the requirement for the final water content of the dried materials in different industries, the water content of the dried materials can reach below 1-0.5%. The size of the materials to be dried by double drum dryer is better small than 30mm.

Working principle:

At present, double-drum dryer is mainly used to dry particle materials with a certain humidity and granularity, such as yellow sand used for powder mortar industry, various specification sand for casting industry, blast furnace slag for building material and cement industry, and granular clay for chemical industry and other small particles resisting high temperature and dust pollution. According to the requirement to the final moisture of dried materials in different industries, the moisture of dried materials is under 1-0.5%, and the materials in the double-drum dryer is under 30 mm.
