Steam dryer, with steam type dryer as itsfull name is mainly composed of angle iron, stainless steel plate and coldsteel plate. The insulating layer is filled with high-density aluminum silicatecotton which guarantees the heat retaining property of dryer as well as safetyof users. The heater can be installed at the bottom, top or both sides of the machine. Intelligent digital-display type instrument can be adopted to controltemperature. The air duct design of steam dryer machine can be divided into twokinds: horizontal air supply and vertical air supply.

Drying Cyclone .Cyclone separator ,Fan ,Control system ,This saw dust drying system could drying the damp saw dust into optimal moisture 8-14% for making wood briquette and wood pellet production .

Steam Dryer Working Principle: 

The damp/ wet fiber  raw material like saw dust from saw mill or after crushing wood particle  through the material feeder conveyer to the drying pipe .and flue gas or heated fresh air enter into the drier at the same time.They are mixed fully.The damp saw dust are passing the drying pipe .Then the wet moisture will be separate from the material . The dried finished products discharged from cyclone separator, the whole system could be operated at Negtive pressure air pressure of the fan .our special design could have excellent drying result; we have more than 20 years working experience.
