Working Principles:

The material particles were added into the small diameter drying tube firstly.Then with high flow velocity flowing, the particles make accelerating motion. When the acceleration is at the end,  the dryer diameter suddenly expanse. Because of the particle motion inertia, its velocity is greater than the velocity of airflow. Particles slows in the moving process due to air resistances. Until the end of the speed, the diameter abruptly narrowed, then particles are accelerated. With continuous acceleration and deceleration,the relative velocity between the heat flow and particles becomes larger, the heat transfer area were larger, enhanced heat transfer rate. The dried particles collected by cyclone separator, gas under the action of the induced emptied by the draft fan.
