OPTD-500 split type copper wire crusher machine adopts advanced design, rational structure. This machine includes crusher, vibrating screen, wind-borne feeding, one set of gatherer and electrical control system. After be crushed, it can make sheath and core separated and gathered at different areas of the screen mesh’s surface. With airflow function and screen box straight shock excitation, the sheath and core be separated, and get copper particles, plastic pellets and mixture from different ports. Dust goes to dust gatherer through air flue. The vibrating screen controlled by transducer that can adjust frequency according to different conditions, meanwhile the air value controlled by adjusted valve and all these actions are be controlled by buttons. This type of machine is easy to operation and maintenance, and the separated precision can reach 98%.
