HV-1000 Micro Vickers Hardness Tester
1. Function
HV-1000 micro Vickers hardness tester is used to test the Vickers hardness of steels, non-ferrous metals, ceramics, treated layers of metal surface, and the hardness grads of carburized, nitrided and hardened layers of metals. It can also determine the Vickers hardness of parallel planes, tiny parts and ultrathin parts.
2. Features
1. No friction spindle, high precision of test force;
2. High-precision optical measuring system;
3. An optional Knoop indenter is available for Knoop hardness test;
4. Optional CCD photography system and image processing system are also available;
5. Automatic test process, easy operation, without human operation errors;
6. it can meets the standards of GB/T4340.2 and ISO 6507-2.
