The transfer coating is available in Mug, Plate, porcelain plaque, metal plate high temperature resistance materials, Using the transfer coating , the surface need smooth and plain.

3,Directions for use:

1)The transfer coating can be used spraying, dip-coating, roll besmear, brush besmear and so on.

2)Thinner: benzene kind, esters, alcohols, ethers and solvent mixed thinner.

3)Viscosity: according to the technological requirements, can add some thinner to adjust, Such as adding 2 copies of coating and about 1.1-1.4 pecent xylene or toluene or 100 Solvent oil in dip-coating mug and mixing dilute them together after using.

Attention

1),Pretreatment: Thoroughly cleaning the object surface

2), Immersion the object surface in transfer coating and picking up the material when completely covered .

3),Placing the object in dust ark 5-8 minutes.

4),Solify conditions: (210 + 10) °C / 10-15 min.
