Features: 

a. Large stainless steel plating worktable, clean and beautiful, which bored 

 many holes for fixing or putting plastic products that will be welded.

b. The limit height of this machine, using variable frequency motor control PLC, 

 safe and efficient.

c. Concentric straight shaft design with smallest fadeaway degree which make 

 welding more precise.

d. Up Speed and Down Speed are adjusted separately. So efficiency is improved.

e. Transducer group with four screws to adjust the level of balance conveniently 

 and precisely. Time control with three-digit code switch.

f. Both of the mainframes are flexible to be adjusted. A fixed position on the 

 desktop, is used chute design, which can be used to weld different parts of one 

 large product or several same small products once. In this way, production 

 efficiency will be improved soon.

Advantages:

When a single plastic workpiece is oversized and multi-step welding is not allowed, several ultrasonic welders can be combined together and applied on the product to achieve power synthesis. This welder has an automatic power detecting function, and can activate an alarm to prevent unacceptable batch when any ultrasonic welder is working improperly.
