   (2) Seller is in charge of the testing, lifting equipments, electricity and other necessary conditions with the cooperation of the other part.
   (3) The seller offers training and technical consultation service during installation and testing.
   (4) Both parts check the machine after testing according to the relative technical agreement and attachment.
