Working Process of Automatic recycling waste tire and plastic pyrolysis plant   : 

• Firstly, put the raw material into reactor door, seal the feed inlet system.
• Second,burn the fuel material(coal,wood,LPG,heavy & light oil, electricity)  in the combsution system. The reactor will slowly be heated, when the temperature reach around 180°C, it will produce oil gas gradually, at the same time, start negative pressure device for 1 hour when temperture belows 150 °C.
• Thirdly, oil gas will go to catalytic chamber for pressure reduction.
• Forthly, the gas will go into cooling system: horizontal heat exchanger---oil-water seprator---two vertical condensers --- two horizontal condensers, oil gas will become tire/plastic oil after above four grade condensers system.
• Fifthly, the gas whcih can not liquid under normal pressure, it is called exhuast gas, they will be collected by anti-back fire device automatically, then with the gas-burner to burn it as fuel of reactor, which can save energy and no pollution around. 
• Sixthly, after tire gas and oil comes out fully,the temperature of reacot will go down. But we still need to continue heat reactor for 30 minutes in avoid of non-pyrolysis tire in the steel wire.
• Seventhly, carbon black will be discharged automatically with vacuum elevator.
• Lastly, steel wire will be draged out from reactor with hook welded on the auto-feeder machine, then can start another batch.
