Product Description
Bright beer tank
1.) The bright tanks made of the high-quality stainless steel304 or 316L with mirror polish treatment inside the tank. For the convenience of cleaning, all of the joints adopt graded seal so as not to leave dead angles. The jackt, honeycomb interlayer can be used.
2.) According to the needs of the users. The accessories such as CIP cleaning hole, aseptic air hole,
manhole etc.
3.) Can be equipped according to the requirement. It is an ideal bright beer tank for beer processing.
4.) It can avoid the second pollution in the course of preservation and transportation and has the
features of sanitation, pressure proof, antisepsis, agile operation, easy cleaning.
Introduce of fermenter tank
The cooling jacket adopts the form of honeycomb jacket.
The jacket are provided at tank body and conical bottom to effectively increase the cooling speed.
Heat exchanging area of jacket of different proportions can be allocated according to customers' technological requirements.
The bottom is a 60°small conical bottom,which is designed for fermenting and improving beer,as well as breeding yeast.
PU heat preservation is adopted,and the external coating is made of fully welded stainless steel sheet. Manhole,CIP cleaning,temperature connection and sampling vent etc. accessories are available.
