Small Wood Pellet Machine Production Line
Wood pellets are produced by compressing the biomass material which is first grinded to provide a uniform dough-like mass. Then the mass is fed to a pelletizing chamber and formed pellets through a die with holes of the required size. The high pressure of the press makes the temperature of the wood increase greatly and the lignin slightly forms a natural "glue" which is a substance that holds the pellet together. The size of pellets is generally kept to be about 6mm diameter and 25mm length in the form of a cylinder. Of course, we can customize dies with different die holes.

The hammer mill

We specially designed the hammer mill for biomass pellet processing e.g. wood chips,paddy straw, sunflower stalk, forestry waste, and many other wastes or solid powder material can be processed.

Rotary dryers

Dryer is used to dry the biomass powders like sawdust and other materials up to 40% moisture content to 15% moisture content usually required to make biomass pellets.

Wood pellet machine is to make the wood and biomass product into the pellets.   The wood pellet mill is applied to the shapless material with low adhesiveness such as the rice husk, sunflower seed husk, peanut shell and other fruit shell branch, trunk, bark, crop straws, rubber, cement ,ash and other chemical materials. 

Pellet coolers

The airflow is opposite to the direction of flow of pellets, blowing air through columns of hot & moist pellets, which results in evaporation of moisture from the pellets.
