 Type ZW32-40.5kV outdoor pole-mounted,high voltage vacuum circuit breaker(hereinafter referred to as circuit breaker)is 40.5 kV three-phase AC,50HZ outdoor high voltage switchgear.It’s mainly used to switch load current,overload current and short circuit current of electric power system. It’s applicable to protect and control the substation, industrial and mining enterprises and the city and rural power rigid,especially suitable for frequent operation sites and city network automation distribution network.

Structural overview

This circuit breaker used spring mechanism operated by manual,electric and remote. Combined Electrical Apparatus ZW32-40.5 which can be used as subsection switch is consisted by this product and side-mounted disconnector.The reliable mechanical interlock between disconnector and circuit breaker is used for prevent error operation.

Main Characteristics

1)The circuit breaker is live tank,three poles structure,with stable and reliable breaking performance,and without danger of burning and explosion.It has the advantages of maintenance free,low power consumption,small size,light weight,long service life and so on.

2)Circuit breaker adopts a high reliability and fully closed structure.SF6 inside system to improve the capacity of moisture-proof and condensation-proof,so that the circuit breaker has a good performance in high temperature and wet areas.

3)Good performance outdoor or indoor solid epoxy resins insulating covered with organic silicon rubber are used for CT and its supports,with the advantages of high and low temperature-resistance,UV-protection,aging-resistance and so on.

4)The operating mechanism is miniaturization spring type,whose power of storage motor is small and energy consumption for switching is low.The transmission of the mechanism is direct transmission,with high reliability but little elements.The operating mechanism in a sealed box,which is free from corrosion and improves the reliability of the mechanism.
