Wood pellets machinery line:

1.High automation,high tech,save labor maintenance ----Raw materials :  

Wood sawdust, wood shavings, wood chips,straw, rice husk, coffee husk,palm fiber,animal maunre, etc. As wood pellet production line, raw material often need to be well prepared before pelletizing,first crushed ,second being dried,compressed, third formed pellet in pellet machine ,fouth being cooled by coller,then being packed by packing machine.

2.Different kinds of crusher ----Crushing process 

Crusher aim to crush materials by the collision between the high-speed hammer and materials.

1)Our Wood chipping and crushing machine is best for wood log and wood board and branches.

2)Our stalk and grass crusher machine can crush the cotton stalk,small tree branches, corn stalk, rice straw ,wheat straw etc. After milled, the output size can be 3-5 mm, then it can be dried by air flow dryer or Drum wood dryer.

3)Our further crusher can crush wood chips with size of 50*50*35mm,it can aso add cut blades and extra mouth which can crush wood chips and straw at the same time by feeding in two mouth.

3.Drying process ---- Air flow dryer or Rotary Drum Dryer 

After crushing process, the material should be dried to 10% moisture content which for pellet making process.

1)Our air flow dryer has two type 600 and 800 .Mainly because the dia of pipe is 600mm and 800mm,it is energy saving oven use 1/4 buring material. 600 has a capaciy of 1t/h,matched our wood pellet machine model JMX-9S-1, 800 has a capaciy of 1.5-2t/h,matched our wood pellet machine model JMX-9S-3.

2)Rotary dryer is made up of burning stove and main rotary body, which is high efficiency in drying the wood and other block biomass material(animal material). It use steam to heat air and accompany material to remove moisture.

4.Pelletizing process----wood pellet machine

We have three kinds of ring die pellet machine ,MXKJ-9S-1,MXKJ-9S-2,MXKJ-9S-3  

Features  of pellet machine

1)High automation equipment,with automatic grease oil -supply device,and pellet cutting blade,save a lot labor.

2)Ring die wood pellet machine can forming with moisture less than 10%,the largest moisture can be 15%,but density will decrease . 

3)Continuous working time ,24hs no problem.

4)Double layer mold,making of special dealed stainless steel ,which can have long life time,once one layer is worn out,just turn over it and use the other layer.

2)Pellet (biomass briquette,biomass pellet,wood pellet) is widely used in heating, biomass boiler, household gasification furnace, industrial boiler, hotels, restaurants, bath in industries as heat source,instead of coal in boiler burning,avoid the pollution of burning the coal ,also being used as industial fuel.

3)High density from 0.9-1.6g/cm3,easy to store and transportation,Calorific value can be 3500-5500Kilocalorie.
