 Laboratory ball mill — Product principle
The two ends of the barrel are equipped with a hollow shaft end cover, the end cover of the shaft is supported on the bearing, and the ball mill rotates through the motor that installed in the cylinder. The barrel is provided with a grinding medium and grinding ore, the total feeding capacity is 25 - 45% of the effective volume. When the cylinder rotating around a horizontal axis according to the prescribed speed, the grinding medium and the ore in the cylinder will be elevated to a height under the pressure friction and centrifugal force, and then falling from the cylinder wall, then the ore is crushed by the shock and grinding. Ore from one end of the cylinder of the hollow shaft neck continue to be discharged, and later by the other end of the cylinder body of the hollow shaft neck continue to discharge; the ore keep moving under the feeding pressure.
